Intimation of Trading Window Closure

Pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, Code of Practices and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed with effect from Monday, January 01,2024 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter ending December 31, 2023.
