26.06.2023: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to the “Code of Fair Disclosure (Including Determination of Legitimate Purpose), Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s)” of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed with effect from Saturday, July 01,2023 until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter ending June 30,2023.
